    Project Support Lead - CIPS Qualifications Review

    Hours:  35 per week
    Salary:  £28,507 - 33,854 pa

    Job summary:

    CIPS qualifications are recognised as driving leading-edge thinking and professionalism and are identified as a means of ensuring that the Procurement & Supply profession benefits from consistently high levels of competence within its workforce.  The CIPS Qualifications Review is to support the flexibility and agility which the profession demands of its learners.  The Qualification Review and the associated Learning Resources Project including the transformation to computer based examinations (CBE) is a CIPS Strategic Project for 2018/19, the Project Sponsor and Project Manager for this is within the Professional Development Directorate at CIPS.

    The CIPS Qualification Review Project Support role will support the development of and drive processes to meet agreed project objectives for the CIPS Qualifications Review and the associated Learning Resources Project.  They are expected to be self-motivated, analytical and support other CIPS team members and to possess the knowledge of the revised qualifications and CBE transition, to advise internal and external stakeholders to ensure and support the successful implementation of the Qualification Review Project. The quality and timely provision of all project administration for the Project is essential in ensuring that all systems and paperwork are up to date and accurate at all times, maintaining continuous contact with all stakeholders to ensure strong communication. 

    The Qualifications Review Project supports and promotes Professional and Educational standards across all areas of CIPS, hence the role calls for an individual who can work under their own initiative and lead by example as they motivate and influence the project team and monitor progress against plans, initiating and driving corrective action as required. 

    The Qualification Review Project Support must be able to exercise some judgement and to call upon past experiences as they develop options to resolve identified issues, and are held accountable for the monitoring of activity and the successful delivery, quality and standards of what is a key service for the profession and the global CIPS organisation.

    Digital Marketing Assistant

    Hours:  35 per week
    Salary:  £21,362 - 25,367 pa

    Job summary:

    The Digital Marketing Assistant (DMA) is an operational delivery and technical support role within the Digital and wider Marketing teams. The DMA is responsible for the day-to-day operation of CIPS's email marketing channel, as well as website content maintenance, creation and tracking. The role provides first line technical support for digital marketing queries, monitoring and responding speedily to CIPS global staff via Zendesk.

    Reporting to the Group Head of Digital Marketing, the DMA will also be expected to provide digital task support to the digital and wider marketing teams to support our global business priorities.

    The daily administration of all CIPS bank accounts, with the accurate updating of CIPS systems to ensure cash flow and cash holding visibility at all times.  The administration of all CIPS online banking activities and the reconciliation of CIPS petty cash transactions.
