Carla Honeybun has joined Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as deputy head of procurement and logistics. She was contracts and procurement manager at Wiltshire College.

Martin Black is to become VP procurement and contracts for Transit Wireless in New York. He will support a project to bring wireless communications to the 277 New York subway stations. He was previously VP global procurement and supply chain for RFS.

Having left the National Policing Improvement Agency, Sandra Bloodworth joined procurement consultancy Procure4 as a category leader. It also recruited Fiona Finney, formerly category buyer at retailer Next, to be category leader and Philomena Noone, formerly contracts manager at Mitchells and Butlers Leisure Retail, to be supplier relationship manager.
