SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER, ENTERPRISE, 32

No stranger to recognition, William Moult was part of the double award-winning team at Homeserve that clinched the overall prize and the “most improved purchasing operation – step change” category at the CIPS Supply Management Awards 2008. Moult, then head of indirect purchasing, was promoted to head of purchasing and efficiency. In this role he helped to set overall procurement strategy with the board and was responsible for overseeing £130 million of subcontracted spend.

He was approached for his current role at Enterprise, which provides infrastructure maintenance services to the public sector, utilities and other large organisations, this autumn. Moult, who is MCIPS qualified, began his career as a technical support officer at Johnson & Johnson. He then moved to AstraZeneca, where he held a number of roles between 2001 and 2007, including UK sourcing manager for marketing.
