How we use cookies

Read about cookies and how we use them on this website.

1. About cookies

Cookies are simple “text files”, often containing only two pieces of information: a site name and a unique user ID.

Many websites upload a cookie to your computer when you visit them for the first time. Throughout your visit, and if you return, the cookie helps the site adjust how they treats you, and what information you are shown (so you may not see the same thing every time you visit).

Cookies are also use to measure traffic to websites – giving site managers a better understanding of who uses a website and how.

Advertisers (and other organisations) may upload cookies to visitors’ computers in order to improve the relevance of the ads the display – and to measure traffic.

This page provides more information on the cookies we use on this site, as well as how to remove cookies uploaded to your computer by advertisers and other third parties.

2. Cookies that help our website work better

Like most websites, to improve the service we offer our visitors, we at times upload cookies to your computer. Below is a list of cookies we may use on this website.

ASP.NET Session  Help us improve your visit to our site. Expires when you leave.
BuildPortal To allow us to display personalised information matching settings made by a user on previous visits. No personal settings or information are stored in the cookie.
Remember_Me  To allow us to keep you logged in when you return to our website. Expires after 5 days.
Save my form
To allow you to retrieve information you have added to a form. Not technically a cookie.
Tabs To allow us to identify which tab you have selected and opened on a page. Does not remain on your computer.

3. Cookies to measure traffic to our website

To better understand who uses this website and how, we upload a “tracking cookie” (small piece of code) to your computer on your first visit. We NEVER record your name or other personally identifiable information.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc, to do this. Google Analytics sets a cookie in order to evaluate your use of the website and compile reports for us on use of the website.

Google stores the information collected by the cookie on servers in the United States. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.  By using the    website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

4. Cookies set on behalf of advertisers

Advertisements on this website are automatically uploaded by a number of third-party providers (ad servers), including this listed below. You can use the links below to find out how to delete or reject these cookies.
